Marine Safety Education - Fall Program

The Marine Safety Education - Fall Program is an after-school program that is open to youth ages 9-15. This program teaches participants beach safety and ocean knowledge, while also incorporating physical fitness to keep them active.

To teach local youth about the ocean environment along with its hazards while promoting physical fitness.

Ocean and beach knowledge, understanding of beach hazards and how to identify them, physical fitness, ecology, oceanography, lifesaving methods, first aid

Schedule

The Marine Safety Education - Fall Program is offered in two sessions for the month of September. Each session is two days a week from 3:30-6:00 pm at the Marine Safety Education Center, Home of the Junior Lifeguards.
