Greetings to all our Junior Lifeguard families
from the Board of Friends of the HB City Junior Guards!
The Friends of the HB City Junior Guards is a group of dedicated volunteers who are committed to supporting the Junior Lifeguard program, which provides a safe and enjoyable ocean experience for children in our community.
We work to raise funds through various means such as fundraisers, sales of uniforms and Friends of the HB City Junior Guard merchandise. The money generated is used to provide for the Junior Lifeguard program and to support the Junior Lifeguard exchange program.
THE FRIENDS OF THE HB CITY JUNIOR GUARDS
We ensure that all financial requests and expenditures are reviewed and approved by our Board. Additionally, we provide equipment and support for the Junior Lifeguard Program to ensure that it remains a positive learning experience for children and young adults.
As parents and grandparents, we have personally witnessed the positive impact that the HB City Junior Lifeguard program has on the lives of our children. We believe that it is the best youth program available in Huntington Beach and surrounding areas, as it prepares children for a lifetime of ocean safety.
We are proud to be a part of this program and to contribute to its continued success.
