2026 Pancake Breakfast

There are two ways to help the HBJGs, buy tickets for the event or sponsor the program. Just use the link above.

All donations will support the Huntington Beach Junior Lifeguard Program with the assistance of the Surf City Fire Foundation.

Make sure to know the HBJG that you want to support and their instructor.

Parent Guidebook Ready To View

We are less than a week away from the program start. With that, the 2026 Parent Guidebook is ready for your viewing.

Changes for this summer:

• Uniforms reside at Huntington Surf and Sport from May to July.

• Parking passes must be picked up at the HBFD Marine Safety Training Center.

• Dropping off HBJG/Sand Crab late or picking up HBJG/Sand Crab early, must be at the break: AM Session 10:30 a.m.-11 a.m.; and PM Session 2:30 p.m.-3 p.m.

Update Emergency Contacts

Hi HBJG and Sand Crab Families!

The summer is around the corner, which means we need you to update your HBJG and Sand Crab emergency contacts. Please log into your www.HBSands.org account. Edit the child's profile, which opens a window to add an emergency contact. On the same note, please check your email and phone number that is listed on the account, and make sure everything is correct.
